Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping and handling charges are worked out on the following basis :

We divide the world into four zones when calculating the charges for postage and packing:

United Kingdom

We despatch your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 28 days.

UK DELIVERY

For all orders under £30 we charge only £2.50, orders over £30.01 we charge £4.50

Special Delivery by next day 1pm guaranteed is £6.50

Saturday Guaranteed is £7.50

We generally send by AirMail Prioirty International Signed for : in order words it is trackable and needs a signature upon delivery. If the mail is returned back to us we reserve the right to add a 10% Administration charge

Charges are calculated as follows:

European Union - 7.5% of total order value (max: £30)

United States and Canada - 10% of total order value (max: £40)

The Rest of the World - 12.5% of total order value (max: £40)

A minimum charge of £2.00 applies to all orders.

Client confidentiality is of paramount importance to us. All our packages are marked with your address and a returns label of FGL, 127 Dover Road, Folkestone, Kent CT20 1NL only. There are NO indications of the content within the package or any advertising about the packages contents. Your credit card bill will show a reference of FGL for any purchases made through either our retail outlet or through this on-line service.

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, a refund less any postage incurred by Fantasy Girl- Lacies will be made. In addition it is the The goods must be returned to us in an unused condition within 18 days of receipt or 21 days from dispatch which ever is the shorter. FGL reserve the right to refund in part the price of the item(s) if the said item(s) have been used or damaged whilst in your possession. Failure to obtain returns note reference will delay the processing of the details. You must ensure that the goods are returned to us using a recorded delivery service at your cost.
